Good idea! I was sometimes thinking about training my scapula that way, but had nobody to hold my feet while I'd hold something and lift it with my arms. You just reminded me that I could do the same thing, laying on my back and pushing the ground with the back of my hands! And when I get stronger, full back extension from the heels! Thank you!
Hi, I have scoliosis(curvature of spine) and i would like to know if any of these exercises would help to straighten my spine?!
