The people probably didnt help because if that was truely muscle and fat you would get rolled over by him.
You could clearly see most of the people wanted to help, but then decided not to, probably because they realized they wouldnt be able to stop him.(because they would obviously be thinking its real fat and muscle)
On another note, just last month I saw a real guy of this size at a neighbourhood event, he was hugely tall and hugely wide, it was incredibly.
