09-134AD Supreme Court issues final orders on Cycclone Magnetic Engines
US-based CME operated in the Gold Coast and Lismore and claimed it had developed an engine that produced power through the use of magnets and required no fuel. CME displayed a video on its website which showed the engine appearing to operate. The Court found that the engine could not work.

Flight Voltage on the Searl IGVs that I am responsible for is some 10^12 Volts DC. Current never exceeds 1.5 milliAmperes. I presented a model of a P-seires IGV, 3 meters in diameter, at last year's (2010) TESLA TECH EXTRAORDINARY TECHNOLOGY conference in Albuqerque, New Mexico.

The SEG is claimed to have been built in the 1940s using neodymium magnets. Neodymium magnets were invented in 1982. Thus one can assume Searl also built a time machine.

@LiamXaoh Must not have been one of the 15 people actually working on the project if they said Searl invented neodymium magnets. That's absurd. There are 4 layers to the SEG. The center is raw unmagnetized neodymium which Searl originally paid 39 pents a kilo for back in the late 40's. That was sintered, shaved to the specifications and used as the inner most layer.
The next layer is teflon (originally nylon 66). The 3rd layer is the ferrite permanent magnets. Outer most layer copper.
@TheRealVerbz - you need to check the posts of @Beamshipcaptain who claims to be on the team working on the latest version. He also claims the SEG has been installed in flying machines (IGV) and filmed but none of the films or any solid evidence is available. His claims for the SEG and IGV have no supporting evidence apart from what Searl claims. I am convinced it is all a massive long term con.
@LiamXaoh Russell Anderson is Beamshipcaptain. I know him. The SEG is the IGV, but in an overloaded state. Think of a gyroscope that doesn't want to stay in your hand anymore because the force is too powerful. Once the SEG reaches a certain RPM, the magnetic force is not only competing against the Earth but the gyroscopic wobbling magnetic field (Helix) is creating more power with more spin.
The BBC has a master copy from April 1972 when they interviewed and filmed Searl. Look it up.

He used RAW UNMAGNETIZED Neodymium. Only the 3rd layer of the material is magnetized which is ferrite.
