to be honest i prefer them to do it under the breast fold where id feel better about knowing they can clearly see what they are doing and have easy access and also i can only imagine the extra paine bruising of all those rods going in through your belly button

Yea, of course they have to, they help position it appropriately afterwards like even with the "silicone under breast fold" technique. There's nothing to fret about, if people had problems or discomforts they would never make the surgery common to practice. Plus you recover faster with this kind rather than with the typical silicone procedures. In my opinion if you have micromastia then get this, if you have already normal sized to big, then go for silicone.
