What is the best way to get the sides to the right thickness without one of these machines ? is there a way to male the sure the thickness is the same on the whole surface of the side ?
@t0umart0u Check out my video about the safe-t-planer. This method works very well and then you can scrape the marks out and sand. I have built many guitars this way.
