its easy, just import the model to 3ds max, then rig&skin her hand and every strand of her hair. Then press autokey and start animating whilst watching for over lapping!
I am trying to find a solution to doing hair for my current work in progress and thing doing something like this but in Mudbox might well be the answer
but now how do you animate her moving her hand through her hair?
