I really don't like this solo. But don't think I'm ignorant just yet. I felt no emotion into this solo. Yeah it was very versatile and fast. A pit starter if you will. But, even badass solos can be slow. This guys needs to throw his soul into his solos. All unheard was learned arpeggios and standard shit. My favorite kind of solos are those that you can feel exactly what the guitarist was trying to deliver. But this is my opinion.

@ben31295 I agree with you Yngwie is awesome. I will say though in my opinion, that after a while it all sounds like speed rather than feel. That is why a player like slash for example is going to apeal to a much larger audience. He adds holes and blues warmth and that can take a player a long way. In my opinoin adding some blues to your style and giving the listener a chance to digest some notes is a much better feel. Albert King was the master at that.

This is what I don't like about today's guitar "music."

It's always about how many frets you can hit in 30 seconds.

It's always about looking flashy and having hand seizures while playing.

You need to know why EACH and EVERY note is in there.

Not just play a scale with randomly sequenced frets and go, "Oh look, I made a guitar solo, instant song right there!"

Its 1 billion notes played the same way, with the exception of 1:06, then its only several notes played with the same very wide vibrato.
