  • @honda535 dude ur just jalous, get the fuck out of here and post these comments on video´s with obese americans.

  • I like that, make his body superhuman in looks maybe but how functional could he be arm wrestle me bitch.

  • @kenpachi1983 hes a body builder not a arm wrestler and he could probably still beat u ya fucking dick!

  • @kieran6122 well depends how strong his tendons are he may have a powerful set of muscles but its both tendons and muscle. and in footage i have seen he does not do much tendon or grip training. so before you call me a dick actually think about it you genetic throwback his muscle is good for show and yes contains power but how would it convert when used in a functional way. owned i just think you have been prick.

  • gaspari nutrition shirt wasn't blurred at first... then it was blurred in the next scene?

  • Do you think he can do six pullups hanging from one finger?

  • How does he fit all that muscle in under 202.. amazing.

  • he should have beaten kevin "ugly ass skin" english this year at the 202 olympia

  • Awesome video!

  • this was a great documentary, watched it on telly a couple of months ago

  • I work out at the same gym as Flex here in TN. He's terrifyingly strong.

  • I've ridden with Flex Lewis in my buddies car, fucking awesome!

  • Comment removed

  • @TeHMotionCinema

Maybe triceps but not biceps no

  • bicep tearing, doing shoulder press...

  • Get off the gear

  • Well there goes my motivation

  • Hottie :$

  • Hey if anyone has any thoughts on Mike Mentzers 1 working set training, let me know. I'm doing it now and it's awesome but could I achieve some extreme results like James Lewis? I know what goes into the sport, I'm just wondering about the training.

  • what a bunch of fags sitting around talking about what body part they like the most on that meathead

  • @mooseyhole One fag took the time to write the message pointing it out ;)

  • @chrisjenkins400 You're the queer bodybuilder. I was watching something on REAL strongmen and this faggot shit came up. Go talk about your muscles with your boyfriend.

  • @mooseyhole Ok will do cunt!

  • @mooseyhole Bodybuilder? Me, ha ha...

  • I'd love to do this everyday of my life. Rather than being stuck in a damn office building.

  • why do English gyms see so much better then american ones, by machines and equipment i hardly ever see any shitty brands like life fitness all good quality stuff i want to go there just to train

  • @ecosby100 Is it not a Welsh gym.

  • @steg123456 well ive watch other videos like zack khan and they seem pretty good to

  • 5:23 not GASPARI NUTRITION!!!!!!

  • 1:40 Huge melons!

  • @ztv ohh man. ew

  • sexy nose/nostrils

  • lewis is one of most beatiful bodybuilders of last 10 years, genuine jo material

  • One of the best documental films about bodybuilders. They know how to tell the story and make it interesting and funny. The bodybuilder is not only super muscle, he's also handsome and talks very well to camera. But the best is the idea of that guy posing in the living room of parent's house in front of his mum. It's like a Diane Arbus picture.... Mother proud and at the same time scared of how big is his child! I want a sculpture like this in my living room!!!

  • why are they showing a bodybuilder and calling him super strong? i bet he is decently, above average strong but hes nowhere near "super strong" this title belongs to powerlifters.

  • @nardo363636 above average? are you insane, ever bodybuilded yourself?. even after half a year, your strength will increase ridiculously. Watch the first "world's strongest man". Lou Ferrigno and Franco Columbo competed and one several events over power lifters and other athletes.

  • No your wrong about Ferrigno.Franco Columbo was always a strong individual and before bodybuilding he was a boxer and was involved in strength sports. Not to mention the amount of juice Franco did in the 70s and 80s. Those guys popped dianabol like it was tic tacs. The title of Super Strong is for strength athletes.you are right, there are exceptions Stan Efferding,Ronnie Coleman, johnnie Jackson but even these guys weighing 270+ pounds are weaker than legit powerlifters competing at 220.ieEd Coan

  • @nardo363636 I think this is where we agree and disagree on a few points. (If we are taking into consideration the top pro bodybuilders): Yes, they won't be as strong as power lifters. No, they aren't just above average, i know Coleman used to bench 495 lbs for 15 reps. The other pros are at a similar league. The reason bodybuilding has been included in this episode from channel 5(i think) is because in popular culture a bodybuilder is the representation of strength. Agreed?

  • I agree with your final point, completely. Its easy in comparison to be 320lbs in the off season, pumped full of steroids and growth hormone and bench 495 for 15 pounds. Its more impressive to be 220 and accomplish similar feats. Bodybuilders are definately strong and your right more than above average but by no means are they super strong, but like you said their strong looking physiques convince the public that they are incredibly strong men.

  • The golas are different, oviously one is strength at all costs and one is the perfect looking physique. of course strength is a bi product of bodybuilding but nooo where near athletes training for strength.

  • lol these steriods arguments are hilarious lol

  • Flex istoo awesome...

  • flex is the only welsh bodybuilder who doesnt take roids to go down the pub and try to intimidade people

  • @tomlennon1000 But they're not BodyBuilders their just dicks on roids. A true BodyBuilder doesn't go to the pub.

  • @AMS3105 yes i no, the ammount of cunts on roids in the welsh valleys is desgracefull. they are body builders but they dont bodybuild for sport or competition they do it to get face where they live and they believe they are sumone special. man i fucking hate those roid heads

  • @tomlennon1000 Definetly! A lot of lads in Scotland hit them and think they're the balls, this is where the non-bodybuilding community gets this Stereotype from, when actually Competitve bodybuilders are at home, eating or stretgically planning next weeks game plan. If BodyBuilder were able to hit clubs and that I guarantee the perception of them would be very different. People see guys in Flex and Muscle & Fitness and assume its the same wanks they see on a Friday night!

  • @AMS3105 yeah ur right on that one. if ur a serious about strength training or body building u cant eat kebabs and drink carling allday, these people are draging the sport down. i train strongman/powerlifting and the sports become a joke due to steroids and power suits and bench vests, the last show i went to wach the only guy who didnt wear a vest was clearly juiced up to his eyeballs, so was the guy refing the lifts. sumtimes i wonder why people bother trying to compete naturally agaisnst this

  • @tomlennon1000 HAHAH I hear you. Gear (not safety gear) ruined powerlifting as roids ruined bodybuilding. I can't agree more. But how can you blame the pros for the drugs they have to take to keep it fair game? They gotta do what they gotta do... I just think it's stupid when you AREN'T going pro and taking all that shit.. Some people have an inferiority complex and don't know what else to do with their life...

  • @HXCpr0n not a truer word spoken mate. if u want to go pro then its easy to see why they take roids..u just cant get a pro card naturaly cos the pro ranks are flooded with drugs, u will never be like markus rhul or gunter, ronnie, jay or kai green.etc we r talkin guys who are shreded to the extreme and weighing like 270lbs+

i know one year gunter was in the olympia at 300lbs....if ur looking to go pro thats what ur up against.id like to c a typical poser at the club next to theese men. lol

  • Reminds me of a new Lee Priest, hopefully it ends much better for Flex.

  • James Lewis is now far bigger and far stronger. Just incase anyone wondered.

  • @Bodybuildinq

I cant wait to see how he does at the British Grand Prix!

  • @megaheadukhc 1st place in the 202s baby, and totally deserving!

  • he is one of the best bodybuilders in the world

  • 5:04 then 5:21 what made them want to censor the logo??

  • @dennisrayso it's called not giving free publicity to a company ?

  • i rather be a skinny boxer

  • i dont care what yall think he used flex is a great bodybuilder

  • how very strange wierd and bizarre to be doing that in a posing pouch 1 mete away from his mother!!!

  • @steash123 his mum is probably thinking how the fuck did i give birth to that

  • He a little guy...around 5'-4"

  • @a68rebel short....not little...haha

  • all his bros ride his nuts. But he is fucking huge. he could prolly eat them

  • actually hes shoulder pressing much more than 10 stone... its 2 20kg plates on each side... plus the bar of ~20 kg.. totals up to 100 kg

  • @idiotnoobbum Their 15kgs mate. i used to train there and used the same weights. So its 80kg. Still more than 10 stone tho.

  • what about, no roids huh

  • "just turn around and tighten your glutes"

    no homo

  • WHy dont they just say what it is? Roids!

Men who juice. Ya'all hear those baseball players?

Steroids do no help with hitting the ball...just heal.

  • Its a waste. He will suffer when he gets old. Look at Arnold now.

  • @pravicpu i'm a beginner, could you thell me, what can bodybuilders suffer when they stop challenging?

  • @a7xjani Small Penis syndrome, its a terrible disease.

  • @pravicpu Arnold suffer? He was a movie star and now a govenor... some suffering I'll tell ya

  • @AN1MAL1ST1C At least try to reply like a wise man. I am not talking about his professional achievement here. I am talking about his health. Without health whats the point of having money. Muscles are not the sign of good health. He lost all of that anyway.

  • That man!

  • Is it just me, or does that fish look REALLY good

  • @breaker1237547 you must be hungry mate!

  • i knew flex when he lived in reno.. super nice guy and full of great info.. i still compete to this day with advice he gave me thanks james!!!

  • horse steroids are for horses not for humans flex lewis x)

  • @bigdude90 dude don't forget that at least Arnold used LOTS of steroids. . . they have only been a controlled substance for a couple decades. . . early 90's if i remember correctly.

  • times like this i'm glad i'm a dirty queer ;)

    muslUnbounded

    youtube.com/user/muslUnbounded

  • Met flex at sydney fitness expo , actually a nice guy aswell as brandon curray but lee priest was a bit off a ass

  • what crap.

    -muslUnbounded

  • so hot

  • what a nob

  • Super strength? Flex Lewis? What the fuck? Should have used a REAL strength athlete like powerlifters and strongman competitors.

  • very impressive, I hope to achieve this level within the next few years. I'm lifting now and trying to do my best.

  • one of the biggest calves i've ever seen! btw tom platz's legs were bananas!

  • I met Flex last year at the NPC Southen State, and he is a very good advisor for everyone looking to improve in bodybuilding.

  • he qas the guest spot in paisley last year..guys got the biggest calfs iv ever seen:O

  • any1 know wot sorta fish that is??

  • @spudnikabronavich haddock

  • this dude is also 5 ft. tall, so it's easy to LOOK strong

  • i feel that if you you use anabolic steroids just be truthful about it..and dont say like the other youtuber that you achieved it naturally..

if it were up to me and i had the money i would "try"..or see..because it doesnt hurt to try something youve never tried before and you do use it atleast let your family know so that they atleast can support your ways

  • Why is his mom there? That is weird...

  • he's cute

  • lol at 3.10 showing biceps being damaged then rebuilt from shoulder pressing... wtf lol

  • @EliteExtra pmsl i jus sed tha 2 my m8 , wtf they show biceps 4 n ir haha u wuda thought they wud dun sum research as 2 wa muscles it works lol

  • @Playboy881 yeah haha

  • @EliteExtra hahah retards !!!

  • @EliteExtra you use your biceps also when you shoulder press

  • @EliteExtra roflmao u r right that is the stupidest thing he performs shoulder exercise and they show biceps damage

and i think that guy uses a lot of momentum and cheating which is not right

  • STEROIDS

  • That is correct. He is not natural at all. But then again. Everyone here already knows this.

  • Yes, im saying what everyfing is thinking. No wonder nobody no's him at all in the UK, or thje US 4 that matter

  • I know of him very well. Been doing the sport myself since 1989. Just never went down the path of anabolic's. Because I do it for personal reasons. Not competing reasons. I respect lifter's either way. Just if you do use AAS. At least talk about it and not come off as yeah, my body did this naturally is how I feel.

  • isi m8 cool. I do weights aswell, not seroius but im hoping

  • Yeah, it starts off as a hobby to better yourself. Get stronger, release some energy. Then for many, it become very addicting. More like a lifestyle soon. That's how it's been for myself. Now I must do it always or I get mood swings, feel bad about myself, etc. I love the feel of a body that has just been through I awesome pounding workout.

  • LOL, thats weird, i get that. I HAVE 2 go gym and pump some seroius iron, otherwise i feel like shit and fat (even tho i aint).

HELL!! Thats the best addiction u cud hav!! Keeps u strong and safe.

U got any workouts 2 improve the chest?

  • Go to Bodybuilding . com. Look for my screen name there. Join the site, a lot of good info there and a great forum!

  • i will check the website out m8, nice1

  • @ZBlacktt man your the same as me man if i dont get my diet in order i hate myself then if im on track i think im big but i always make sure ego doesnt kick in. its hard as hell bodybuilding mannnn.....

  • awesome body but dude hes a famous bodybuilder and he still lives with his parents??

  • trey brewer does too

  • I believe this was before he got a major contract

  • It was before he got married and moved to her home state of Tennessee. See part 2 and look at his website.

  • BEEEAAASSSTT!!!

  • i like how the CGI shows his biceps tearing when he's doing military presses lololol

  • You gotta love that welsh accent. Flex is a realy cool guy

  • thought the same!

    He's definitely inspiring!

  • Could have just left the mash rather than make to poor girl take the plate back. Also, for all the internet experts blabbing on about steroids in this discussion session..SHUT THE FUCK UP

  • Fucking BEAST! I'd say I do.. 6.5 a weeek

  • one has to love stupid people steroids stay in your system up to 28 days. the levels drop a percentage over time

  • @sanscc of course you have to love stupid people the make this world funny but a word of advise don't underestimate stupid people in large numbers that goes for all of u out there

  • i doesnt stay in body for 28 days!! depends on dosage, normally a few hours or days. Its canabis that takes ages 2 get out of your body, as long as 25 years!! Cocaine you can get out by drinking water, but once again its all about amount of dosage.

  • This guy is a beast!

  • also, most average joe shmoes identify more with the bicep as a muscle than the tricep.... despite the tricep accounting for more size in the arm

  • If you understand anything about compound movements, you would know that the biceps are used during pressing movements. They are not used much but they are used.

  • Why do they show his bicep tearing on those standing presses? It's a pushing exercise...

  • its a reference to when muscle tear at a microscopic level, then they heal and get bigger than they were previously

  • 20 hours a week shit i do like 8

  • He is like the Diego Sanchez of bodybuilding.

  • I have seen him.. on Swedish ''Fitnessfestival''... He's very short he he but those muscles...wow

  • where can u buy his dvd boy to man its not on his web site

  • Opening scene was my street, he's an inspiration to me but I couldn't imagine being his size,

  • He's sponsored by Gaspari, one of the worlds leading supplement companies, they'll pack on huge size. If you take their Hydrogel you'll fail a drugs test, it's all legal though. He's not actually that much bigger than natural bodybuilders, who get drug tested every 2 months. Don't hate on him because he's better than you, give him props cause he's fucking good at what he does

  • one of my fav body builders. i take super pump which is by gaspari

  • There are steroids that leave your system in 8 hours though. Im not hating on him at all or natural bodybuilders but its true.

  • hes coming to my auntis wedding coz the husband m8 thats hes bro O.o

  • listen beckie cream cake eater, u av no idea the sacrifice that man makes dietin constantly eatin the right foods 24\7,growth hasnt played a HUGE part DIET has, he dosnt train that fast he was doin it for the filming, he came 5th coz he has great symetry. if u focused on being good at somthing as much as u do on criticising people ud go places instead of being a bitter nobody

  • Comment removed

  • not sayin he aint dedicated or w/e, all im sayin is 2 help him get like that growth has played a HUGE impact on it, he might train hard and b motivated but watching that video when he is in the gym i thought his reps were too fast, how did he cum 5th

  • ever heard of slow twitch and fast twitch muscles u dickhead? certain muscles u rep slow and certain muscles u rep faster than normal. i love to meet this guy if he ever comes to birmingham i will defo see him. 'jasthefox' send me a message if he ever plans to come to birmingham as my mate owns owns flex fitness gym in brum. it would be gret if he comes, if he hasnt already

  • Even if he takes roids or w/e, it still takes hard work and dedication to attain that type of body. You can't just take roids or hgh and think that you are going to magically look like the pro bbers. ppl need to stop being so retarded with their comments. Do you really think that ppl can look like this NATURALLY? Again...don't be retarded. Flex is awesome.

  • beckie1990 is an asshole, hes just came 5th in the olypia 202 and its said if he trained properly he b world clas. the words bitter and jealous spring to mind with this nobody

  • i thinkn he does'nt take steirods or w/e whatever that means & all it take is hard work pumping some iron at the gym & l would love to be like him well execpt from eating fish every two hours & james flex lewis is so totally awsome

  • look someone cant win Mr Junior Llanelli let along Mr Universe if they dont take the gear, its simple. Not that any Joe Average can take the gear and become a champion bobybuilder, however. Mind you i was disappointed when they said "here hes lifting 10 stone"

  • to me he trains like a bum, his reps are way to fast, the only reason wy he is that big is because he is takin to much growth, if he actually knew how to train properly he would be world class, but i have met him and he is a typical 'roidhead' who thinks he is better than every one else. growth is what has made him what he is, not his trainer and his training, its all steroids that has done it for him

  • this is to beckie watever ur name is i know flex personally im in the video with the guy is a gentleman and always there to other support to anyone that has an interest in bodybuilding, the reason y he is like that isnt growth u asshole that guy has bn living like a monk for 7 yrs while assholes like urselfs go out and get drunk, when he comes home we train it takes him 40 mins to get to train as people stop him to ask questions

  • Charming parents, James too! but why should this chap want to be in contests?

World's most amazing forearms! but I wonder if he's on steroids? will his parents comment on sterroids in the next film?

I always read in Weider mags that steroids damage health, so we shouldn't take them.

  • HITpadawan has sex with Rabbits.

  • yup, "beautiful" describes him well

  • Stud

  • welsh dragon

  • Phenomenal lower body development, the quads n calves were off the chain.

  • this program was on the other night. it has inspired me!

  • nothing like pumping iron, but i dont wanna go any were near this monsters size

  • Flex Lewis is the man

  • Looking at his parents you wouldn't have guessed where his great genetics came from

  • u wont get far dickhead hes done well and trained hard for his height he is a giant he is competing in 202 pounds dont forget not against 245 pound dexter jackson and that

  • Look up short bodybuilder history, Lewis nuthugger. Trying to match the size of taller bodybuilders, short guys end up becoming too blocky. If the short guys keep their waist in check, their overall size doesn't match that of taller guys. Dexter Jackson is a rare exeption to this. It's evident Lewis won't be. Quit gargling Lewis' nuts.

  • u are right, but many up and coming bodybuilders are in the 5'8" to 5'10" range. thats not real tall by any means
