  • For those who really like this soundtrack (Most who hear it) you should check out Bruno Coulais' new score for the film La Cle Des Champs. Its a similar vibe, but different enough, very magical.

  • Le je le filé jante is French for "I spun the wheel."

    Spinning wheel?????

    O.O

  • I Want To Play The piano Version Of This

  • i love this song i love coraline i am coraline

  • I've always identified with Coraline on some level because I myself am a weird girl. I love bizarre, creepy things, I LOVE exploring, and I even look a lot like Coraline. Whenever I'm exploring a house or building, this song plays in my head. I'm always on the lookout for an adventure....though I hope that, when I finally find one, it won't be as scary as the adventure poor Coraline Jones found....

  • This is the anthem to afternoon boredom.

  • is marshmallow a boy or a girl?

  • I should really be doing homework but I find myself on Coraline soundtrack videos

  • @WamblyWallaby I sometimes played this song while doing homework. The melody (Especially the strumming harp strings and the "Twee dee da da" part) goes well with the pace of my fingers dancing across the keyboard as I write.

  • Neil Gaiman is a God.

  • coraline has the coolest house. i wish i lived in it (besides the whole other world thing)

  • @SuperSolitaireShock i second that

  • I'm going to name my daughter Coraline.

  • @RikiMonet

  • what language is this?

  • @katelynruth31 Hungarian

  • i read this book a couple of years ago while dating a crazy abusive girlfriend. i think this book and movie helped me leave her and fall in love wth the woman who was there all along. <3

  • @Tylerwood234 Aw. That's awesome! Congratz :)

  • If it is Gibberish, then how can their be lyrics to the other songs from Coraline?

  • This song makes me think of when I visited my grandmother and grandfather's house. When grandfather was at work, I would go through his room and explore the house. The house had 3 floors with 8 rooms including the attic and basement. so there was a lot to look around. Sadly, after my grandfather died my grandmother moved out and sold the house. I hope to own the house myself and raise my kids there. I can see them exploring and this song will come to mind. I miss you Grandfather.

  • @animeleader45 im sorry bout ur grandfather

  • @benmarielouise I did the same thing. It said Italian for me xD and Still no language~

  • This movie and book rocked it is so inspiring!!!

  • They sing nonsense. I don't know why everybody wants it to be 'language'. It's the same with soundtrack in Lovely Bones. They sing words that makes no sense.

  • I think it's Italian

  • One of my favorites~

  • Kinda sounds like the Sims language..

  • 1:44 - 1:55

"We look Somewhere, Men in dark chaining way" Is what I hear every time.

  • I am pretty sure it says something that sounds like "felicce" or something along that, don't know italian, but "happy", you know? Kinda latin - ish.

  • I always felt like near the end, she says "we look somewhere"

  • @LirexJV it's gibberish the writer just made up the words in the song cuz it sounded cool

  • my best friend and I both love this movie and always will! i got the dvd for my b-day and we were looking at it and started talking, ok, does anyome remember when coraline was exploring the drawing room and she put the doll on the coffee table? and when she looked the doll was lying near the door?!? my friend and i were like "OMG THAT DOLL CAN WALK ON IT'S OWN!!! that made it SO much more creepy but i love it!

  • If I do remember correctly, the director made up the language for his movie. It's not an actual lanuguage but gibberish. This is featured in many\most of the movie's songs that are accompanied with singing. :)

  • what language?? :))

  • @LirexJV Its in Jibberish, its not a real language.

  • this song makes my eyes water.

  • A Hungarian choir sings this.

  • @helloteaful And...they told the Hungarian children the song was in French, since that was a language they didn't speak. Worked out FINE, didn't it?

  • @backwalk That only prooves that noone speaks french. Why? Probably cos it makes you sound like a gay :)

  • I love pretending this is a real language called gibberish. HAHA.

  • @dbear851 actually she is speaking english just cant understand it i am not kidding

  • @fshiongirl407 no it's gibberish. Even ask the composer.

  • @dbear851 huh? i thought this was french! ;*

  • @B3lgianPr0 No! This is nothing close to it!

  • @dbear851 auwch.. still love the movie tough ;)

  • I'm sorry but this music is so much better than Up.

  • @hellokitty6341 Gibberish, but sounds a little like French. It sounds nothing like German.

  • @anastasia60559 Sorry. It doesn't sound french, but the composer of the song is french. I think it just sounds Gibberish.

  • i think the words are made up!! pretty genius if you ask me ;) ^_^

  • To me it sounds French, mostly just in the way she pronounces the words, but it's probably Hungarian. the words in "End Credits" are Hungarian.

  • @TeamSeymour It isn't a real language and the lyrics are just made up.

  • @Battleearl Yes it is it's French

  • @TheBaconZombie No, it isn't! The lyrics are just written in the French way.

  • i like it! :) everytime i hear it i think of her going into the shower and squashing the bugs and the shower turning on and pouring on her head! LOL and when she jumps on the carpet and it wount get flat! LOL! :)

    LOVE IT!!!!

  • Why does everyone think this is in french ? It doesn't sound like it at all !

  • @Myriamouchette This song isnt any language its just made up words because thats what children do, they make up random songs and thats what this song is trying to convey. child-like innocence.

  • @imelizabeth4 I know that. I just don't think it sounds like french at all (I AM french, I know what my language sounds like).

Coraline ^^

  • (^o^)

  • Who is the girl singing I now it's mathilde something
