These videos were so ahead of their time! This is true entertainment. I always loved that there was very little dialogue; listening to all the tiresome "audio pollution" out of the pie-holes of airheads with 85 IQs in all the other exercise programs ruined the entertainment value. These videos, however, were perfect every time.

What year was this filmed, 1985? They are so hyper-extended I'm surprised they can still bend their backs. I'm assuming they're 'entertainers' and not certified fitness instructors.
