so, where do you stand on having a b.c.? is a record of live birth sufficient enough for one to say... open a bank account, get ID.
i suppose it has to be sufficient enough proof one was born in the country and therefore on par with a BC
i still have a problem with the RLB "birth" and "born" and "delivery" in legalese are quite ambiguous also... and i'd rather have nothing to do with the terms whatsoever. any thoughts?
I'm still waiting for evidence of a "trust". It used to be that Rob claimed that we all had a "bond", but eventually dropped it. I get learning and changing your mind, but claims should ideally be supported by evidence before making them. I'd love for this stuff to be true, but I've yet to see reproducible results. "They cheat" is a special pleading, and makes much of this unusable in practice. I'm sincerely open to this being useful, but without evidence, it's no-go.
@ZephZhang There is a bond, it is created from your Certificate of Live Birth, it is given to the Bank in exchange for notes. Social Insurance is created to protect their losses if you should die. You are the surety for the bond, but you are not allowed or supposed to know of or ever see the bond because you are a slave.
@Snowblindinfinity Sorry hit the button too soon, The Trust is the established relationship of the Government and their slave, based on the bond as the instrument. You are the beneficiary by nature, but they change that to make you the fiduciary, so you are responsible for it, it is not done in anyway you would realize, but if you study trusts, it is because you answer for it that you are saddled with the fiduciary responsibility and they reap all the benefits.
Study the laws, learn legalese, read the statutes, it will become apparent. Every fictional crime ever created is based on the presumption that you are property of the state, operating in commerce, under the Law Merchant. When you go to court, they first establish the trust relationship. The name is the evidence of the trust, you answer for it and make yourself the fiduciary and them the beneficiary. When agents talk of Public Trust, they do not mean your confidence in their authority.
@Snowblindinfinity I knew almost down to the word what your response was going to be. When you make a claim, the burden of proof is on you to back it up with evidence. "Study it for yourself" is not evidence. I claim that pixies have cursed you at birth, and thus you must pay income tax. Want evidence? Study it for yourself.
Please provide clear, unambiguous evidence that "There is a bond, it is created from your Certificate of Live Birth, it is given to the Bank in exchange for notes.".
@ZephZhang First understand the elements of a bond, then look at your birth certificate. I am not sure about where you live, but here it is printed on BOND paper, contains the named SURETY (YOU), the ACCOUNT numbers and so forth, all evidence that a bond has been issued, CERTIFIED, and TENDERED. The treasury issues the bonds, they give them to the bank for fiat money, and then repay that money at interest to supposed REDEEM the bond.
They claim you as the collateral in surety for the bond.
@Snowblindinfinity Few characters to respond: shorthand. Elements of a bond & BC: Bond=IOU.BC does not. Bond paper: only indicates paper weight, not purpose. Surety: Discredited Creditors in Commerce: "for entertainment purposes only". What evidence that YOU=Surety? Account number: meaningless. Certification: meaningless. What evidence for treasury issuing BC as bond? What evidence sold to bank? What evidence of tendering and to whome? None yet. "Truth" is evidence based. So far only hearsay.
...at the least this tax collector had seen the truth at least once before his untimely demise; regardless of the cause that lead to said homicide
~you young menhard were forced to share with this institutionalized beast the gift of "telling it like it is" which is a most wonderful gift we all must have if we are to ever even begin to live for real; least of all we learn to love which is all much better than the living as though dead in heart & head, you did very well with him by truth of word
I really enjoy Rob's knowledge. He has been an encouragement to me and my family. Although, I would truly love to come up there to attend one of his stand up shows. I get a laugh every time.

He does teach a long forgotten doctrine that was preached nearly 2000 years ago. But the problem has been too few people are willing to accept it.

Hey Rob, I was unable to come see you in Moncton and I really wanted to go. I don't know how to pay off the student loan with my trust and I can't find the process in your vids could you help me?
Another question about citizenship: Can one look at it like at a job, meaning you're not working 24/7, so are you obliged to be a citizen 24/7 after you apply for and receive it, or can you choose when and where to act as a citizen?
@bergweg That is part of the "new wave" of thinking, as Mr. Mitee points out. The ability to step in and out is something a very few of us are looking into. So far as I can tell (with minor modifications), it works just fine, though I am working in reverse...I CLAIM that my "person" IS MINE, and NO OTHERS'. Since possession is 9/10's of the American Common Law (not English Common Law, mind you), then that "person" is MINE to use, or not use, claim or not claim, as I see fit, and no one else.
@TheCaptainSlappy As such, if ANY corporation makes a claim in ANY fashion against MY "person", then must REALLY be wanting to talk to a real Grand Jury...since the "person" is MINE (lawfully), then they MUST communicate to the MAN, and THAT, my friends, is in the domain of American Common Law, in front of real Grand Juries. Any claim against my person, IS a claim against me the man, and therefore, the real law is where it will be handled, NOT with fictions.
@TheCaptainSlappy So are you claiming ownership of the PERSON? If so, how? It was after all created by the government, aren't they the owners and you just a user?
@bergweg Why not? Last I looked, I declare it to be so, and it is, then I tell all those that may have a claim against me over it. That is the law. It carries my name. Actually, your parents named your corporation, and then, they wrote it down on a BC. No one can own me, that I am aware of but me, in a unilateral, non-valid legal contract unenforceable by law. There are different ways to skin this cat, one way (especially now, here), is to ENFORCE the contracts they made, and want to cut.
I reckon the government gives you a birth certificate (BC) and therefore creates a fictional entity because otherwise it would be seen as a conqueror. This planet has been long divided between governments, pretty much all land has a claim on it. It would be very hard to operate in this world without legal capacity, that's why the gov. creates the person for you. No person = no legal capacity.
I can't remember exactly which one (I will have to look it up, and I am not a proponent myself of it), but I think a footnote, either in "Corpus Juris" or "Law of Agency" briefly mentions "Civil Death" (as a side note actually), which is simply a "Death" of the "Citizen" (status), legally (Roman Civil, "expulsion" is the same), by another "Citizen" of a higher "Class" or "Status". Since "English Common Law" is simply Roman Civil Statute "Law" on the hoof....you get the point.
@TheCaptainSlappy Yep, civil death means the loss of legal capacity. It has been abolished here on the land of Germany in the 19th century. In German it was called "Bürgerlicher Tod"
@bergweg yes. It says right on it citizenship, Canadian. When you travel with a passport from a state, you are agreeing to be subject to that states rules while you are using it.
@fightthefuture08 I'm using a canadian passport and it reads in it: The bearer of this passport is a canadian citizen. Now, this is a bit ambiguous. Bearer could mean holder, so anyone who holds it in his/her hand is a canadian citizen. Bearer could also mean the entity whose NAME is typed in the passport.
@bergweg Another interesting thing is that when I applied for the pass I had to give them a signature which appears on the first page by the photograph, so it's already printed into the page, but then on the next page there is a micro print line reading CANADACANADA..... and underneath it reads "Signature of the bearer". On the first page of the pass it reads "This passport not valid unless signed by the bearer on page 3" Why would they want two signatures? Is not my original signature enough?
@bergweg yes, it also says it can only be used by the bearer who's signature is on page 3. When you sign it, its like signing a contract where you agree to the statutes of the state.
@fightthefuture08 I did not sign the one I'm using. A dutch customs officer even said "just to let you know, "your" passport is invalid without a signature", but he let me through anyway. 2. So what then does the signature on the application for the passport mean, the one that is imprinted in the second page of the pass?
@bergweg yes, didn't you have to provide 1)a birth certificate and 2)and a state issued identification card to get it? well there you go, to prove "your" identity you have to provide them with proof that the "state" has provided you with an identification card? the "state" is a sub corporation of the federal corporation. Freeman needs no port pass, those ports are so smelly and dirty anyways, I'd stay away from them, all those containers from china and what not...
@mrwigiteeman First of all a birth certificate is not proof of IDENTITY, whatever the government means by that word. Now I can't remember anymore, but when I applied for the first Canadian passport I think I provided a translation of "MY" birth certificate and the landed immigrant paper, which are not id documents. I would like to use something else than a state issued passport because I cross imaginary borders a lot, but not sure what is available. I'm thinking of creating my own travel doc.
@bergweg You are correct, the b/c is not the proof of Identity, the ID is, the b/c proves citizenship, which, along with identity are the two things required to procure a pass-port. You can make your own doc, same as getting a "world license." If you make your own doc, then you aren't an immigrant, expect as defined in English, not their legalese, you see? You are immigrant because you immigrated, not because you applied for citizenship, why would you do that but for fear? Right?
What is the proper method for abandoning SSI? is there a process? or do i just stop using it and clAiming association?

in court people have to act as representative of corporations, corporations are trusts.
If we dont act as representative of the person then what is the correct relationship with the person?
Danster82 9 months ago
@Danster82
Pretty much the relationship there would be a debtor.
As an authorized agent/representative you are (by actions) displaying your relationship with the trust and rebutting any "presumption".
