very very low volume boat with alot of water in...you can do it in a normal playboat by paddling hard then while doing a reverse sweep lean back while pulling up with your knees.

Ive been paddling for a while now and i can tell when someone's got water in their boat, he has. For sure. Practise without loads of water and you'll get better.
