i will be running 2 AMD cards plus a nivida card for physx, and a sound card. thats why i would like to know if the soundcard will fit in the first pci-e slot.
is there enough room for a soundcard in the first PCI-E x 1 slot with the heatsink there? was thinking of getting the crosshair 5, but this one has better pci-e layout for me then the asus CH5. need to be able to run 2 x AMD cards, plus nvidia physx card and a X-fi sound card, just want to make sure there is enough room for the sound card and if the heatsink is low profile.
@TechRampageReviews How I can contact to some companies to do rewiews because Ive a new channel in aprox 5 days and I want to rewiew some stuffs please help me!!!
Nice Review, but PS/2 is not an annoyance by any means.. as a matter of fact many people including myself specifically look for PS/2 connectors on new motherboards to be able to use features such as N-Key Rollover, anti-Ghosting, and no CPU-Polling/Lag on many high level Mechanical Keyboards released everyday.
The only downer is this Mobo uses a Broadcom nic (to make it worse 2 of them!). I would've preferred Intel or Realtek.
Interesting, I'll be building a similar set up with this board and same 16GB G.SKILL Ripjaws X memory, although I'll get the FX-8150, and use my current HD 5770 as a place holder until I either buy 2x HD 6970s or maybe 2x HD 7970s. All going in a Cooler Master HAF-X case, and I also stuck tto all red and black parts, including the PSU i'll be getting haha
how does it works with overclocks?

Asrock=cheaper Asus board, Asus is subsituded to Asrock, Asrock was made to compete with ECS, and Boistar motherboards.

ASUS Crosshair V Formula is it better than this?
mindharvester 4 months ago
@mindharvester Yeah it's probably a better board.. Asus always gives more goodies and overclocks better. But it is more expensive.
TechRampageReviews 4 months ago
@TechRampageReviews only 30 euros more :) ASUS Crosshair V Formula
