It's not just this hospital, it's a countrywide culture of corruption and selfishness. Politicians eat the taxes meant for hospitals. result is underpaid and under-equipped staff who care more about their problems than patients.
We need new leaders who can motivate everyone to be better human beings who are good at their jobs.
Not different at all from our politicians. I will ask again... Is this a general picture of the Kenyan society? Is it possible that the entire Kenyan fabric is made up of corruption? Could it be that almost every other citizen has equal potential for corrupt practices, given the opportunity? I am just asking!
@jakothoth yes it is a picture of our society. Yet every civil servant is DEMANDING higher salaries for the shity work they do for the public. Including teachers and police.
What Kenya do we really live in? I remember the hospital story I read for my Form 4 called "Do you Know Anybody" if you don't know any doctor or Nurse in this hospitals you are doomed, you can even die of Malaria if you can't bribe a nurse. when did Kenya get this sick? How long will it take to reverse the evil?
Its ahigh time that we should have thourogh trained nursing assistants that will work together with the nurses.
