Great work man, did you master this in reason? I'm trying to find a way to get this clean sound that you have. I'm having difficulty having the drum kick stand out and keeping a good quality track while bouncing it such as yours. Any tips, suggestions? I use reason to produce and pro tools to engineer but if reason could do it all I'd rather do that. The problem I have is when I bounce a track everything seems to be at a lower quality or volume. But the master is at a good level. Thanks :)

@Orcustus They are entirely different. Reason has two built in samplers but the the strongest feature are the software synths. Learn how to use them and there's nothing you can't do in Reason.

that's why Liam Howlett from Prodigy used Reason massively in there new album, you can do anything on just a laptop with a couple of one shot sample ^^ and tweaking the inside thor synth and screamer.

@drunksingsheep, Depends on what you make but I love the Bass Guitar just because it sounds like a real 'live' bass guitar, and add some Scream4 distortion and you're good to go.

To "Tribalwarfare62", get the ISO image of Reason 3, and then download "Daemon Tools (Free download, just Google it), and open the ISO image in Daemon tools. That way, you can use Reason 3 without the CD. Hoped I helped you.

This is fantastic!!.. Well done mate!.. I'm quite a stickler for sound quality but this sounds amazing!.. On that though,. what do you reckon about the sound quality on reason?.. I've heard the sound engine is poor and being honest my tracks sound 'thin'.. Has anyone else noticed this?.. I did produce one track called 'Flair' using reason 2.5... it got radio play and more... The sound of thunder is a sample. To get a sound more credible, it must be repeated on several key sample module, changing the tone in the form of a ladder.

Amazing! I've been trying to remake some house tracks but damn it's not easy! I'm having trouble knowing what setting to change to produce a certain sound... Do you have any books or other tutorials to recommend?

just do some simple google searches, or even searches on youtube, if you have some specific question. There is alot of good info out there. Also, there are some books and videos that you can buy, but they generally cost alot, expecially when all of the info is already out there for free.
