lol dude hockey mask easy to find. go to the small ranch next to vault 101 with that girl in it, kill her get 600 or 300 caps and search alll the burnt down houses mailboxes, ive had so many hockeymasks

Once you complete enough storyline missions, and get into the Citadel, there is a guy in there that will teach you how to use power armour.

You should get it when you arrive at the GNR building for the first time. There is a dead brotherhood soldier on the stairs, and he usually has a fatman. :)

The litte red racer factory. But you have to have the nuka cola clear formula first... which you get from inside the nuka cola factory.

You find it in the Museum of History (where underworld is). You have to go through the part of the building that has a bunch of ferral ghouls in it (door next to the wooly mammoth in the foyer). It's in an office section up a few sets of stairs in a glass display cabinet. Hope this helps ;)
