  • Now i remember why I always felt young while in the cav, we used to do a lot of kettle bell for PT , aswell as alot of this other strength training, tried bench but eh didnt feel right, this keeps you moving and builds way more stamina. Thing is I am very weary of the bell as I seem to injure my back both upper and lower very often when using it maybe I should warm up more before hand better stretching. Also work on form maybe. What type of cardio aside from this do you do?

  • @spacy454 I love the jump rope and speed bag intervals for cardio. On other days at our facility we have Indo-Row (which i love!) and we are a certified Spinning facility. I love those classes because they aren't so hard on the body. Not that im hurt or anything, but rest is always needed.

  • This is good. My sort of thing

  • 8.15 .molto bene

    muy buenos ejercicios,

    saludos desde chile

  • Nice protein powder effect :)

  • Personally I think for pure, brute, hardcore strength, you need to include heavy compound lifts such as deadlifts, squats, bench, military press, curls, etc. I don't want people cracking the shits with me saying im an idiot, this is just my opinion based on my experiences.

  • @MrMapex2010 Agreed.. even though these guys may outrun some1 who is doing Heavy Reps=p

  • Thanks for allowing a 53 year unit Brit to use your techniques and consistency to turn her life and her husband's life around.Hubby is actually doing pull ups and press ups and and has lost a load of fat-thanks again.

  • @toons999

No anger at this gym! If you've got a mountain then climb it and if you have a forest - go all lumberjack on it. But we have George's gym and his creatifvity and it's awesome to train there. It is both productive and a lot of fun.

  • Do you do any weight lifting or do you build your strength by these?

  • @21RandomFilms As far as traditional lifting, not really. I do add in deadlifts once in a blue moon. I stick with mostly kettlebells and body weight training.

Sup man, much respect on the work you do, workouts.

How do you incorporate them in a weeks plan? is it random, like you do what you feel like doing that day? Thanks would appreciate it man.

  • @greatdreams89 My Fiance and I have been training like this for some time. Just chose a few from here and there from the videos. She likes to call it ADD training. Just go with it. (might not sound politically correct) but its true. What ever you feel like doing that day just do it. Unless you are training for a sport. Train Hard

  • @jorge3122 haha, I think I do ADD training too then... its' the good, fun, manly stuff :D

  • @jorge3122 i like that idea jorge, great workouts

  • 1:16 looks like a dance lol

  • nice ideas,i'll try

  • good hard smart training i like the frogger. just trying to help on the partner sit ups looks like the bottom could do pushups ive seen stuff like that before but alot of your stuff seems original...or are you just a fan of c movies too? lol either way keep it up

  • Thank you John, I had borrowed that Idea from Scott Sonnon.

  • Love the inverted pushups on the rings! classic!

  • dude i really suck at jumping i always did, can you tellme wich muscles do i have to strenghten i order to jump higher? i have strong legs but i feel they weight too much, can you reccomend me an exercise for jumping?

  • I am a firm believer in balance in the body. Work on explosiveness startin from the lower half to the abs then to the upper. Start training the body a unit, if you wanna jump better its starts from two spot. One is learning to control the body and the second is learning how to land. Master those two first before moving towards the jumping. Find balance also with in your lower half. Hips quads hams calves adductors etc. Look for weak points, work on them.

  • Please tell me that's your house.

Also, I would definitely eat shit doing those knee ups, so I think I'll find a more sturdy obstacle so I just fall over and catch myself instead of actually dying.

  • Na, it's a 1400 sq ft area I rent in Upstate NY. I love it. LOL at the Knee Ups. They are tough but worth doin. Thanks for the comment

  • nice

  • Thank you! I have more coming very soon

  • This is amazing, great videos!!!

  • you need to be in da ufc

  • Thanks Boss. lol

  • Dude great video!!!!

  • This gave me some ideas to spice up my workout. Thanks

  • Start with the basics and get your core to learn how to stabilize in different positions. Then move to different types of one arm one leg stabilization exercises. Master them with eyes closed and move on from there. Your body will adapt faster then you realize. Just take your time with it. Training like this is fun as hell. No disrespect to other training ideas but to me this is more worth while. But we all have our ideas on what health and fitness should be.

  • How does one work up to this kind of strength and flexibility?

I want to be able to this as well !!!

    Any tips?

Awesome video. Reminds me of circus performance.

  • hell ya. good stuff!

  • Awesome stuff dude!

  • Thanks! I will be posting more this spring.
