  • Where would I buy one of these?

  • I do this excerise to help with jacking off.

  • @MrTreiAnderson

How's your forearm doing now? ;D

  • Hey, Everyone watching this.

YOU DONT NEED TO GO THROUGH ALL THIS BULLSHIT. REPEATEDLY SQUEEZE A TENNIS BALL FOR 5 MINUTES A DAY FOR ABOUT A MONTH AND YOUR WRISTS WIL BE STRONG.

i've done it to help me play drums better, but for whatever the purpose, it works

  • I respect you

    God bless

  • Interesting video... I'm gonna see if I can buy some stuff at the warehouse and try to make the two exercise tools presented; they look very effective

  • What would be the ideal starting weight on the rolling device?

  • A weight that you manage to completely roll up and down at least once.

  • they should work out to some big bang or like suju :D god i love suju.

  • @SignedWhatever

It's been a year since you've posted, but I would like to say I APPROVE.

  • Hockey players use the rolling device to increase wrist strength for shots. Nothing new.

  • the second one, with the rolling device is much better and also works your forearms. the first one is more for stretching and if you do it too fast or too strong you can risk have your wrists injured.

  • Okay, what is with the stereotypical asian music? wow.

  • Because these are exercises taught at the international HKD training center in Seoul. Seoul is in asia dumbass

  • Don't call me a dumbass, I'm a straight up Korean BORN in Seoul and I know that it's an Asian country. However, the music is stereotypically the western idea of 'Asian culture', which is typically annoying because it seems all Asian countries are seeming to be categorised in one section with only one type of music, like in the video, when there really are more out there.

  • i know what you mean...it fustrates me how some people are really sterotypical.

  • You are right, but I really can't stand K-pop ;-)

the background music is Korean though, if that makes you feel better. Also you can't just put any kind of music in the back, because youtube will mute the sound when the music is copyrighted.

  • @opal615

Would you have K-pop played instead? :D

    I would.

  • @opal615 it looks like the video matches it and makes asians look freaking awesome like " WA YAH HOYYAAH!!!" awesome. Or would you rather have them play wonder girls. "NOBODY NOBODY BUT YOU" XD. "no offense and no insults, im totally just saying!" x]

  • @opal615 sorry for that opal615. It is hard to find royalty free music.

  • sigh, I thought ony those below 18 would still think in this stereotypical manner. Im asian, Singaporean, and to all those out there, the keyword here is stereotype.

  • Nice, i need this exercise to help me on my tennis game.

  • without the music u must just look sad lol

  • Still kick our asses though so better shut up about it..

  • lol at u. calm down.

  • Seems people can't take a little joke. Didn't realize the world was such a serious place. I can't hear the laughter no more!!!!

  • hey would this work if u need to hold ur body up in the turtle freeze position in break dancing..??cuz for some reason i cant hold ma body up...suggestions..?

  • i was wondering the same thing

  • If we're thinking of the same freeze... no, or at least not very much.; turtle is a balance thing, with the weight going straight down the fore-arm into the ground. Stronger wrists won't change where your center of gravity is relative to your balance point

  • do u mean hap ki do ?? or is that a totally diff style?

  • hafizy- this makes it stonger...not bigger...read the info!!!!

  • dis doesnt make ur wrist bigger?

  • you can't make it that much bigger, just strengthen the joints, tendons, ligaments and muscles around it.

  • would u think this be good for pp w/ wrist pain cuz omg both mine are hurnting ALOT

  • if you have problems with your wrists, first let that heal.

After that you could slowly start exercising them again.

  • ok =) ty

  • hey um..does this exercise make ur wrist bigger? cus my wrist is kinda small or do i just need to eat more and gain more weight to make my wrist bigger?

  • Don't quote me on this, but my best guess is that it's just your size, but if you gain more weight, they will probably get bigger, as you grow. These excersises will help strengthen your wrists, but maybe get bigger, as you build muscle

  • He's right, your wrists really wont get any bigger. Even putting on weight wont make a great deal of differance to the size of your wrists. However, small wrists, doesn't mean weak wrists. Your wrists can be as strong as anyone elses given the right types of exercises.
