I figured out the Force part, but getting a Rocket Launcher in that level is pretty easy

Just make sure that in a previous level you don´t run out of ammo and keep it until this level!

I'd always used the 1st method, I also always got annoyed that no matter how much you try, he doesn't fall off the bridge into the pit. I'm going to try the force push thing, hope it works!
