btw in order to pick them up(we thought of the same device last year) he has 2 motors at the top with parallel chain and sprocket going to the bottom connected to intake rollers, black paddle things, whatever

Kinda shaky still. U could get up the ladder by using a pneumatic grappling hook attatched to a 2-wire motor by a piece of fishing line. Or a VEX chain and sprocket kit that would wind it around itself and pull up the ladder. (copyright PTS-VEX, California. If u use our idea, we will chop ur balls off and feed them to our mascott. But only if u use it to win.)
