Mexico and Brazil are the most industrialized developed countries in Latin America. The difference between Brazil and other emerging countries is that it can export both industrialized products and commodities. While China is buying huge amounts of Brazilian mineral resources and food, Mercosur is receiving Brazil's cars, home appliances, computers, etc. Another difference is that Brazil will not depend on foreign oil anymore (thanks to the oil recently discovered in its coast) and its internal market is stronger than the US.

No matter what anybody says, Brazil has come a long way. They may not have the same standard of living like the U.K but they can get there. The reason why it seems like the U.K and the other Western countries have better standard of living than the BRIC countries is that they spend so much on the poor in terms of subsidized housing, free education up to high school etc. Brazil will still do that. Kudos to all the past leaders that made it possible. Worths emulation from other emerging countries.

Come 2050, white's will no longer dominate, and yes I am including the US as non-white. By 2050, I'm pretty sure Spanish will be a primary language, along with English. Many of the Eurotrash countries are xenophobic pieces of shit. I think by 2050, there will be a lot more mixed raced people, so many I doubt US could hardly be considered white by that time.
