it does extra damage,i've done several calculation comparing it with the original text...but its so hard to trigger it...

I think it's to do with the fact that he's facing his rival Cecil.

As long as i know, to get this you have to input the button commands as Golbez says "shadow," "light," and "dark."

This is a reference to the dialogue between Fusoya and Golbez, after he try to cast Twin Meteor in FFIV
