@DragoonNoR its also a mantra of detachment, from everything else ....to god...and some people do experience the pain of parting....we all live with a known fact that we're gonna die someday ..after you're done with this sadness..ull find your self to the true relief and a new sunrise..bear with the sadness..and moreover try to understand your sadness as passion ..this mantras couldn't possibly have any Side effects...all ure trying to do is ..praising and acknowledging god with your gratitude.
