Doesn't make a difference. It does not rely on pain compliance like O.C. (pepper spray) or other technology. Is floods your nervous system with voltage and you have zero motor control while it's active. That is why people go stiff as a board and fall (if they aren't being held.)

The reason he does not loose his balance is because two people are holding him up on both sides. I have been Tasered with this and I am 6'1 230lbs and it dropped me. This device works and it has the highest stopping power short of a firearm.

Yeah, wtf, what a lie. At 50 watch him holding in his left the C2, then grab something from his coat. At 55 and 56, you can clearly see in the reflection right behind the right ear of the lab tech that he's shooting a huge gun, it even has the shaped section in front of the finger that holds the laser sight. Lame.

Watch the guy that shoots him closely. He actually grabs a device from his coat pocket and shoots him with that as he steps out of site. In the reflection in the window you can see he's shooting a much larger device, probably the M-18. Makes me wonder if the c2 is weak.

It's not that I'm against protecting one's self and one's family but the thing is, studies have shown that people who have these devices are too quick to use them in situations that they don't need them or normally would have and could have simply walked away from. It gives people a sense of power, and human beings, when given power will use it whether it's justified or not. That's the problem.

I've taken plenty of hand to hand defense classes, it's all a waste of time and money. I've spent the past four years as a night security guard. I've seen what works and what doesn't, and I've seen how people on hard drugs or drunk react, I've seen a guy who had smoked pot and got drunk take a direct hit to the face with bear mace and shrug it off like it was water. Truly the only three things that will stop someone every time is something sharp, something electrified or a gun.
