@gforceram kratos has all those "godlike" powers, going in to beat any enemies but if you take away all the powers and just make it so he is level to being human he can't really do much, while Link has no real powers other than The Best Swordskill known to anyone, he doesn't rely as so much as using dramatic powers but a good old fashion ass kicking with courage or aka BALLS OF STEEL

Link- the toughest, coolest? Lets check the facts: Link is Chuck Norris' time-traveling relative. Link got bored and made Mecha-Godzilla one saturday afternoon (destroying Sim-City), giving Dr. Light the basis for creating Megaman. Link bred the first Pokemon. Ryu Hayabusa and Hotsuma gained their skills by being Link's messengers. Strider Hiryu is Link's butler, Mario his plumber. And, most impressive, Link didn't even flinch at Ocarina of Time starting with someone humping a rock. Like I did.
Amazing Job, truly spectacular, just what i was looking for, There are no words that come to mind as to explain how amazing this is, besides LISTEN TO IT YOURSELF and experience it.
This is probably the best arrangement of any zelda piece I've ever heard. Original and I can't help but feel a tinge of passion in it for what the creator was doing. I love this composition. <3

@gforceram Kratos actually wouldn't hold up. Because he doesn't have the items you need to fight the bosses and enemies. Link could hold up because you don't need certain items to defeat bosses. You just beat the crap out of them, which link is pretty good at doing.
@rawman44 Kratos has the icarus wings so he really doesn't need the hook shot. Kratos has a bow so he doesn't need another one. Kratos can create explosions or AOE(area of effect) attacks so he doesn't bombs. His chains can and attacks create fire when he gets crazy with them so he already has fire attacks. His bow alone shoots fire arrows. link uses ice to freeze his enemies and kratos uses Medusa's head which can also freeze his enemies by using petrify. light arrows can only destroy dark....
@rawman44 Characters. Kratos can destroy both light and dark characters with his hands and chains. Kratos has pretty much all of the weapons that link has. Medusa head is pretty much the killer because kratos can just hit them and they will shatter rendering them obsolete in battle. what else do you think link has that kratos doesn't have.
@rawman44 Kratos has balls of steel. He also has crazy as well lol. Kratos wouldn't be able to touch ganondorf without light arrows? Kratos may not be able to completely kill him but I bet he could beat the crap out of him easily where as Link too seems to have a hard time trying to completely kill him. Remember that there has been many Links who have fought him and never killed him completely unless there are other ganon's which I don't recall that ever being the case.
@rawman44 You might also want to consider that without the Triforce power Ganon is completely vulnerable to any attack and can be killed completely. In some of the LOZ games Ganon doesn't have the triforce power and so he can be defeated without holy weapons. So without the presence of the triforce, Kratos would definitely be ale to kill him.
@gforceram Yet, you can't get to him when he doesn't have the triforce power. Also, he couldn't beat the crap out of him because he couldnt do any damage whatsoever.
@rawman44 Link being a mere boy with a lineage of link's that were mere boys could damage Ganon but a Kratos with godlike powers including all weapons powers and skills can't? All Kratos has to do is pull out the head of Medusa and Ganon can't do anything but stand there like a statue waiting to be shattered. Plus a sword with godlike powers is much more powerful than the master sword and the master sword was able to beat Ganon. What makes you think Kratos has no chance?
@rawman44 Yeah maybe but that's why I said without the triforce of power ganon is nothing compared to Kratos. Kratos has accomplished more in so little time than Ganon has by a long shot. Kratos has destroyed Titans and overpowered greek gods so that's why I dont have a lot of faith in what Ganon can do.

@rawman44 No strategy? are you serious? I have died many times trying to just beat the crap out of those bosses without even thinking about how I am going to beat them and that doesn't work. Timing and strategy is a must if you want to beat the bosses in GOW so I don't know what game you are talking about. Bosses in GOW require certain things to beat bosses too. Sometimes you even have to use the enemies in GOW to help beat some enemies.
@gforceram personally my complaint, since ocarina of time is, that the bosses are too easy, you just never die, theres no way, you can have a couple fairies in your inventar, then once you get down to business, the boss only needs to mess up 3 times, and you can ganbang him...
on other parts in the game it is too hard to die, enemies die easily and are not too intelligent.. i wouldnt say it is strategy at all, neverthelss, Zelda is! and will always be one of my favourites of all time.

Then you said on other parts of the game, which are zelda games? because enemies die too easily and then you say that isn't strategy at all. So it sounds like you are talking about Zelda games. WOW! You know, I played the first game back when it came out, and all the games after- I love the original, but... this makes it BETTER. This really brings it to life, with the orchestration... it stays true to the original heart and feel, while adding a completely modern edge. I could VERY much see this as a soundtrack to a Zelda 'movie', say a CGI movie with slow-motion-to-full-speed fight sequences (you know, the whole Matrix 'slow down' of action, then sudden speed up). Amazing!!

@gforceram Kratos actually wouldn't hold up. Because he doesn't have the items you need to fight the bosses and enemies. Link could hold up because you don't need certain items to defeat bosses. You just beat the crap out of them, which link is pretty good at doing.

@rawman44 Kratos has the icarus wings so he really doesn't need the hook shot. Kratos has a bow so he doesn't need another one. Kratos can create explosions or AOE(area of effect) attacks so he doesn't bombs. His chains can and attacks create fire when he gets crazy with them so he already has fire attacks. His bow alone shoots fire arrows. link uses ice to freeze his enemies and kratos uses Medusa's head which can also freeze his enemies by using petrify. light arrows can only destroy dark....

@rawman44 Characters. Kratos can destroy both light and dark characters with his hands and chains. Kratos has pretty much all of the weapons that link has. Medusa head is pretty much the killer because kratos can just hit them and they will shatter rendering them obsolete in battle. what else do you think link has that kratos doesn't have.

Kratos may not be able to completely kill him but I bet he could beat the crap out of him easily where as Link too seems to have a hard time trying to completely kill him. Remember that there has been many Links who have fought him and never killed him completely unless there are other ganon's which I don't recall that ever being the case.

@rawman44 You might also want to consider that without the Triforce power Ganon is completely vulnerable to any attack and can be killed completely. In some of the LOZ games Ganon doesn't have the triforce power and so he can be defeated without holy weapons. So without the presence of the triforce, Kratos would definitely be ale to kill him.

@rawman44 Link being a mere boy with a lineage of link's that were mere boys could damage Ganon but a Kratos with godlike powers including all weapons powers and skills can't? All Kratos has to do is pull out the head of Medusa and Ganon can't do anything but stand there like a statue waiting to be shattered. Plus a sword with godlike powers is much more powerful than the master sword and the master sword was able to beat Ganon. What makes you think Kratos has no chance?

@gforceram Ganondorf can't be hurt with the power of the triforce, and Kratos has no weapon that can penetrate it's power.

@rawman44 Yeah maybe but that's why I said without the triforce of power ganon is nothing compared to Kratos. Kratos has accomplished more in so little time than Ganon has by a long shot. Kratos has destroyed Titans and overpowered greek gods so that's why I dont have a lot of faith in what Ganon can do.

@rawman44 you already forgot why? lol and of course they are video game characters. who says you can't have an in depth discussion about which video game character is tougher? it's all about comparing characters and deeply considering what each character can do and bring which is the interesting part at least for me. although it does seem that you aren't going to agree with me even though Kratos has beaten many bosses that are much tougher than the bosses in a lot of LOZ games.

@gforceram But the bosses in LoZ take strategy and CERTAIN items. without them, you cant beat the bosses, as in god of war, you just beat the crap out of the bosses until they die.

@rawman44 No strategy? are you serious? I have died many times trying to just beat the crap out of those bosses without even thinking about how I am going to beat them and that doesn't work. Timing and strategy is a must if you want to beat the bosses in GOW so I don't know what game you are talking about. Bosses in GOW require certain things to beat bosses too. Sometimes you even have to use the enemies in GOW to help beat some enemies.

@gforceram personally my complaint, since ocarina of time is, that the bosses are too easy, you just never die, theres no way, you can have a couple fairies in your inventar, then once you get down to business, the boss only needs to mess up 3 times, and you can ganbang him...
on other parts in the game it is too hard to die, enemies die easily and are not too intelligent.. i wouldnt say it is strategy at all, neverthelss, Zelda is! and will always be one of my favourites of all time.

@Pierceher I'm sorry but that was a little confusing. First you said that OoT is bothersome because the bosses are too easy. Then you said on other parts of the game, which are zelda games? because enemies die too easily and then you say that isn't strategy at all. So it sounds like you are talking about Zelda games. Then you say Zelda is. In what game are the enemies too easy? because you never mentioned or even referenced any other game.

Plus in a raw, man to man fist fight Kratos would absolutely destroy Ganon if Kratos can destroy multiple Colossal powered Bosses. Put link in a fight with Zues and see who wins with both of them at their best I can guarantee Zues would eat Link for breakfast and Kratos beat the crap out of Zues.

WOW! You know, I played the first game back when it came out, and all the games after- I love the original, but... this makes it BETTER. This really brings it to life, with the orchestration... it stays true to the original heart and feel, while adding a completely modern edge. I could VERY much see this as a soundtrack to a Zelda 'movie', say a CGI movie with slow-motion-to-full-speed fight sequences (you know, the whole Matrix 'slow down' of action, then sudden speed up). Amazing!!
