Congress in sending all those I.O.U. bonds owe the Federal Reserve some 10 trillion dollars for printing up all those dollars. The money that is to pay off have to be pay up with earned money so that the money will not become paper money but if bonds are all that the Feds are still reserving, owing the people more than a good living when a fractional of that reserved bonds are all the free living they will ever get.
