  • Hey. I've sent my rumour back 2 times to get fixed and they have done nothing. Virgin is supposed to call me soon and I'm trying to get a new phone. Is there any chance I can get a different phone?

  • yes you can if the phone cant not be fixed they sould sent you a new phone if not call them and ask them what is going on with it or call LG canada
