Xbox 360 - How To Setup Your Xbox 360 in HD

I have a new alba 32" tv and on the back there is no blue green and red input even though the tv came with a cable for vga with the green blue and red. I am using the older xbox 360 with no hdmi slot so how the fuck do i get hd i want to see jizz worthy quality. Please help meh
