this place is good but not the place in the U.S, my opinion i perfer busted equipment and coaches that are more personal . but ive trained there and it is a great gym .
I train MMA, I Coach MMA. I get frustrated always seeing meat heads throwing big, heavy punches. It's never smooth, controlled striking. It's bad for the sport. Never any head movement or good footwork. The few fighters who do possess the ability are the guys at the top of the food chain and ranks right now.
u know fucking none about boxing , just old and fat people do mma like james toney he passed his time long time ago , put mma fighters into boxing game and they gonna get killed man!!!!!
@5arcibaldo i do to know about boxing, and i said most adults anyway not professional athletes. And i admit the whole mma fighters getting killed in boxing is true but thats because they're not boxers, and that goes both ways. im sure manny pacquiao wouldn't know what to do if he were taken to the ground and had a guy choking him. Im not saying one way of fighting is better than the other i was just saying i bet that kid could probably kick some ass.
Sometimes the best gyms are the ones with the old equipment and busted ass mats. It doesn't matter where you are, it just depends on how hard you work and what your willing to sacrifice.
What you mean work with? I've been taking some time off for medical reasons but Ive trained at 3 gyms. I started at Grapplers Edge in Denver, CO And trained a little bit at ROF training center and a lil bit down at jacksons in duke city. My favorite though would have to have been Grapplers Edge.
Just remember though that randy was a hall of famer, movie star, and famous fighter and he had the moey to make this gym. Equipment is good but the heart is whats needed.

Caol Uno was schoolin razor rob. haha. Tough outing against Tibau. Best of luck to him in his future fights. One of my favorite fighters ever.

Yeah, Uno's a vetran. Strong as a motherfucker and escaped all of BJ's submissions in their second match.
