@rangerslead6755 I tied this quest with 40 att 40 def 40 str I died like 5 times till I quitted the quest now I have 55 of each skill and I'm ready, I have 57 Mage (trust me takes like 2hours to get 57)

you don't actually need to have a high fishing level for the quest. you just need the lobster pot for a secret door.

now, if it's food you're having trouble with, buy sword fish if you don't have a high enough level to actually fish them.

The Ghost That Drops The key should be in its own room just south of the ladder that you come up from. if he isnt there for some reason, it could be possible that someone else had already killed him just a few minutes before you.

1st, try switching worlds & go to that SAME room that i show you to go to in my guide.

if the ghost is still not there, try killing a few of the ghosts that are just roaming around in the lobby.
