I have made several of his recipes and they are simple and really good. Usually less than 5 or 6 ingredients and pretty good for you. Olive oil is king in most of his stuff. Try a few of his things you may like.

Everyone should stop wining and learn a thing about esthetics and cuisine. Sure Rocco's not # 1 in the culinary world, Hell he's not even a chef but if you pay the f*#k attention you'll actually learn a few tasty recipes. Why waste your time watching if you dis?! Losers!
