I think it's a fake for two reasons. There is no documented proof of anyone named Ruth Price on an internet search. I also can't believe that the 911 operator would just sit on the other side of the phone and say nothing. Also I find it hard to believe that a stranger would break into her home and kill her while she was on the phone. A spouse or someone out for revenge.. would be a different story
