Blue Gold and Flow are both excellent documentaries and I can highly recommend them to make you more aware of the issues surrounding this planet's fresh water supply and what is happening to it. You will definitely re-think the bottled water issue.
This tap water over bottle argument may work in other water districts in the US, but if you've ever drank tap from San Diego you'll know that that it still tastes like shit. I bottle my own water for 25 cents a gallon from the machines and it tastes 10x better than tap here.
There is no stupidity greater on the planet than the American consumer...Europeans have known this for years and in my travels to Europe I found out first hand how stupid and naive the USA people are. It is very embarressing to be an American overseas and know the true thoughts of the people...our news is skewed and corporate owned containing no more than 20% to 50% of the truth. It is truly pathetic how naive and gullible stupid Americans are from knee high to adult. Wise to the few in control!

Well I live in Chicago and we have the cleanest water in the U.S our water goes through 3 filters and i love tap

If you have the money, you might as well pay more for water. Besides, bottled water is better because you can recycle the plastic.
