My wisecrack answer would be that Mango is agreeing with her mom that she is a witch! LOL But its just normal parrot behavior, pretty much all breeds of parrot shake their heads like that.
Looks like Mango is pissed that Gizmo is invading on Mom time, or maybe he is too close. It's cute though but I wouldn't wanna be on the receiving side of THAT attitude hehe.
