In the bill it states--that if an employer pays your health benefits they have 5yrs to switch you over to gov. approved program. If they don't they will be fined heavily. If a comp. does not offer insurance they must offer gov. plan or be fined -then it is up to employee to get gov.ins. or they will be fined and then gov. will still put you on gov.plan. Fines totaling up to 4 person family health coverage for 1yr. If your family income is more than 88,000. a year u pay full coverage yourself!!

Tax Credits actually means to let ppl keep their own money so that they can buy health insurance. So if the Healthcare Insurance costs $ 6000 a year, you let him keep $6000 to pay for it. I have 4 kids- My Husband works 2 jobs and I work 1- We do not own a 72 inch HD TV- We Do not own IFONS. We choose to live a decent life. We have a nice house and 2 used cars. We live in a Big City. and one last thing as for hospital abuse one of my best friends father's just died, he was a lawyer for one of the best hospitals in the nation, he always told me how bad the doctors screwed up, and he was defending them! that being said I see other Drs. abused, for ex. sueing the hospital for taking too much ear wax out of sombodey's ear, I wil admit I don't know the legislative details, just being honest, it happens more in urban hospitals rather than rural hospitals, or with low frequency
