  • If you knew me in high school, Santa Fe High School in Santa Fe Springs, CA 1976-80, I always had this song and other oldies playing on my radio.

  • I remember this song in 65...............I was in the navy we dock in Bean Town and I was in Boston Common when I first heard it on a hand held radio................went straight to a record store and bought it

  • this is my tune.

  • The genius Madlib sampled this for his instrumental "The Comeback"

  • @MelloSav Genius, indeed. And it's because of Madlib I became aware of this gem in the first place :-).

  • I remember this song well- the fall of '65.

  • WarriorOfGod the lost archives - ZoZo(aka WarriorOfGod) - FLoWeRs(I CAN´T GET USED TO)

  • ITs a trip how these youngsters cant comprhend the lyrics and only see that its an old song!!! Listen to the words of these old jams trust and beleive you wil find many that discribe your curent, past or hope for the future! These rolas have definition and meaning they hit home in a real way. They not only 4 when your sad or in love! THere 4 the days when you wake up with a big SMILEY on your face and the weather is beautiful and you open all the windows and doors in your house and clean!

  • @XXXXLOWRIDERXXXX a homie i agree with u, all the music they now fucken sucks, damn i miss this kinda music.

  • @XXXXLOWRIDERXXXX MAN YOUR RIGHT TO MUCH GARBAGE ON THE RADIO.

  • @XXXXLOWRIDERXXXX honestly I think that most of it has to do with the fact that musicians nowadays don't work with real instruments, instead relying on babyboy's keyboard settings, etc, and generally have lost focus of what touches human hearts. Business formulas and marketing have just taken over in lieu of heart. I think it's that simple, unfortunately. Sad times.
