Her voice was okay. It sounded airy, out of breath, forced vibrato. On top of it all, there is no passion in her voice whatsoever. There's no spark, no charisma. When You Believe is an emotional song, there is so much room for passion. Her audition feel completely flat. Listen to Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston singing this song live, that's a singer. She probably just though because her voice itself was alright she'd coast through the competition.
