wow.. very interesting im asian and i have really long and thin legs but cant wear any tight jeans :( looks awful with them :( but if its a surgery then i assume it leaves u scars??
Hi! The only problem of bow legs (genu varum) is bone deformity. Any physical exercises works on muscles and tendons but could not correct the deformity of the bone. The only way to correct bow legs (genu varum) is orthopedic surgery.
Bow legged people have problems with their balance when they jump of high things... or so i have heard. I skateboard and have been told that bowlegs can be a problem when i have to balance after jumping (of a stair, for example)... with this operation, is the balance of the skeleton restored and does it completely function as a normal human skeleton?
After bow legs (genu varum) correction treatment legs axes become to natural position so balance of skeleton restore and function as normal human skeleton.
You could look at David's wideo in 1,5 years after bow legs (genu varum) correction treatment. It is in DrVeklich account or just search youtube by key words "in 1,5 years after bow legs".
@DrVeklich could you please tell me what song is used for the beginning of this video! i know i've heard it before and i (as well as others) would love to find out! thank you
Dr.Veklich performs bow legs (genu varum) correction treatment from age 5 till 65 years old. If the health condition is very well the treatment could be done till 70 years old.
@Natacha12345 Ok,from 2:12 to 2:35 is from Vivaldi "four seasons", taken from the first movement in "Spring"..
From 0.00 to 2:12 could be work from the composer Erik Satie. Check out some of his stuff on youtube and you should hear the ressemblance. It would be a matter of listening to a few of his clips here and finding out which one
what was the cost to this gentlemen here or rather what is the typical cost for someone with legs like this guy?
Thanks

The surgery is performed without cutting of a skin. There are only
three small dots on each leg after Ilizarov-Veklich apparatus removal.

Mantampon 2 months ago
@Mantampon
Hi,
You height will increase by 1-1,5 cm after bow legs (genu varum) correction surgery also depends on your legs deformity.
If you have questions - please, ask.

bow legs can be fixed by trying to walk consistently with your feet pointed outwards.
walking, like anything else is a learning process, if you don't know how to walk properly as a child your legs will become what your accustomed too.
