  • @katlunazul, wburgboy75, cha1ny: If you're using the hamstring, you're not doing a heel hook, you're just sticking your leg up too high. You push with your quadriceps for a heel hook. You won't learn anything by assuming you're always right.

  • @nlottes1 lets just be clear, quadriceps are on the front and hamstrings are on the back of the thigh. Muscles don't push, they only pull. So for a heel hook, you are using your hamstrings.

  • With your hand that way round on the dead rope it makes it harder to keep grip on the rope if she falls....

  • 1:25 OMG! The quadricep??? WOW you are ignorant!

  • Pulling with your leg uses the hamstring, not the quadriceps.

  • Crystal, you're a smokeshow!

  • A heel hook would actually utilise the Hamstrings, not the quadriceps.
