What can I say? Nia has great ingredients (martial arts, modern dance, yoga, alexander etc.). It looks great on paper, but maybe somebody should do a remix. Btw those kicks look stupid, it's seems that the dancers have never practiced kicking an actual target. They just swing and extend their legs with no intention or purpose whatsoever.
