    good aliens will not protect cratures that eat other cratures... first we shood stop eating animals...

    be vegetarian,do something good for planet...

  • Kung fu is cool. But being a vegetarian makes people phisically weak. Iv tried it. Ill never do it again, even though it made me lose a lot of weight, It sucks in the long run.

  • Hm,thats just not tru in global,i bellive that you had some problems... i am vegetarian for 12 years,i did maraton run of 40 kilometers and 20 kilometers,been doing rowing and get some medals in local competitions(one in the state competition), last year been on the walking maroaton33 km over the mountains of fruska gora(and travel from home to there and back in public transportation for ower 4 hours in one direction) went in the mornig before sun comes up and come back at 23h

    so thats not weak

  • also,done some free figts competitions,some won some lose,straingh was no problem,problem was that i didnt had wooden dummi trening,and work on the bag. (bad conditions for traing) i know people who are also vegeterian and some of most agile people i seen :)

    so i gues that you had some problem ... if i woodnt work out i wood easy gain fat :)

    so everybodi needs to have some traing vegetarion or not :)

  • Im glad it worked out for you. At the time I lifted weights and boxed. Believe me its not good for either one. When I just ran without weights, I felt alright, Just skinny

  • i think thats its more about eating habbits.. but some people find it hard...

    i personaly never much liked meat so its wass easy to stop eating animals... its true that i dont have big muskulature(75kg-80kg on 178cm) but i do not go to gym in now days(money problem) but if i doo more of wegts i do get stronger body,

    i did put soem videos of me on capoeria,kung fu,and camping,so thats my experianse... not same for evrybodi some nead more time to get used to.

  • There were one huge guy i meet. He was jiu jicu ,kik boks,boks fighter... looked real scary,for a head or more higher then me,and just huge mussels..on heam.. never seen before such a fighter.. he wass vegetarian,but non the less real scary,i just thout,if for some reason i wood fight hem,onlu eye strone,and trote stroke cood do some damege, all other i see no point in heating the 7 or more cm of mussels ...
