What if he ran 5 miles on the treadmill, lifted weights 45 minutes and then jumped rope 15 minutes straight at 140 bpm?..And then did6 or 8 rounds at full go on that heavy bag...and then he just cooled down and started throwing the jab slowly,working on a little footwork and focus/body alignment? (which may be the part of his workout YOU se e here?)..don't judge all you see.
Because if he was working that hard I'd assume he'd be good. Clearly you don't think about the things you see because his footwork is pretty much non existent and his body alignment blows. You should be less of a fruitcake and have the balls to judge at least a little bit of what you see.
I ran 20 km, Imy top squat was 1200 with non stop. This is different. If you are soooo stronnng try to do 200 snatches with 48 kg during 10 minute, and come back.
Yes, both of those feats are quiet impressive. I wasn't trying to be an asshole. Balistic, high-rep weight work has always taxed me more than anything that I have ever done. If KB lifting isn't your thing, than that's cool. Everyone has an opinion and preference.
