The Baptists come off sounding mean, while they arouse many of their membership to investigate the Mormons and their beliefs, at a rate of 40,000 a year. Calling Mormons ignorant or deceptive is a slander on hundreds of thousands of people who were raised in the Southern Baptist Convention. Such a charge indicts the SBC's program for teaching its members ethics and theology.

Well, lets see, I watched all of the You Tube lectures from this "expert" concerning evidences; and I am still sitting in my chair wating for some evidence. My analysis of Brother Daniel C Peterson: He is a used-car salesman type who is intellectully dishonest and a hack for the Mormon Church. Is this the best the Mormon Corporation could find to help save their so called church? If so, the LDS Church is in Huge trouble. This guy is obviously a liar, con-man and deceiver at the highest order.

Let me address your comment.

1) On what facts does your analysis rely? Specifically, how do you justify calling him a "used-car salesman type"? In what ways is he intellectually dishonest?

2) What is your justification for terming the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints as "the Mormon Corporation"?

this guy is way too smart to not know about other sources that were available to Joseph Smith at the time Smith was writing the book. As you notice, he does not address any of the other sources, hence he is intellectually dishonest, con-man, fraud and a deceiver. Are you going to claim the mormon church is not a Corporation?Are you going to claim they dont own several businesses. Take a look at the Multi-billion dollar mall that is currently under construction in SLC.

As to the Corporation part...

The Mormon church has said that it is not using tithing money to build the mall. While it is true that it is using its affiliate Property Reserve, Inc. to finance the construction, the members/leaders/authorities of the Church see none of it. Technically even non-profit institutions are "corporations" - "groups of people authorized to act as a single entity, and recognized as such in law", as defined by the Oxford English Dictionary.

However, that doesn't mean that the people within the Church by any means are profiting from the venture, since they are unpaid.

As to the other sources...

What other sources? Could you point some out to me, with evidence supporting the fact that Joseph Smith indeed did have them with him at the time? In what way do they have bearing on his translation?

If he is in some way lying or covering up, then sure, label him a deceiver, but simply failing to mention something in a lecture is different.
