They weren't actually solos. Each one was very carefully composed and played pretty much the same every night. Most of the more simple parts have been played verbatim by successive guitarists James has had over the years. They usually avoid the fast parts but most others are still played note for note.

This song reminds me of a great time in my life. At that time in 1981 I was a pom on one of those "working holidays" .The sunday session at the Sarborough Hotel in Perth and later in the day onto the White Sands, come on Perth people who remembers those days?

I love this clip, but it's always a bit sad, as Guy McDonough (the guy singing this song) was killed in a car accident in 84. Love it though.

Niven, with his great wit, Loved Flynn and said they had shared many places and Hotels. He laughed and said why do you think I look so old.
