Even the cover is similar and the same shitty lovers story is applied just like Titanic had.

CG effects were overused and became stale and the acting was...eerhm.

Story for such a ship deserves to be made better.

This film is utter nonsense. But quite entertaining. One of the most ridiculous features of this depiction is that it takes place at night. Britannic sunk in the clear light of day. The female lead is based on Violet Jessop, nurse on Britannic who had been a stewardess on both Olympic and Titanic during their respective collisions.

As they reached the turning blades, lifeboats, together with their occupants, were torn to pieces. Word of the carnage arrived on the bridge, and the Captain stopped the engines The propellers stopped turning the moment a third lifeboat was about to be reduced to splinters. occupants of this boat pushed against the blades and got away safely had to short it down from wikipedia :/

In reality, 2 lifeboats from the Britannic were sucked into the propellers. This happened because the captain was attempting to beach the ship. He gave the orders for no lifeboats to be launched, but two boats full of stewards snuck off, resulting in their deaths. Those two lifeboats were the only casualties.

Personally, I think showing the propellers slicing up the lifeboats is terribly disrespectful to Britannic's captain- it implies he left them on after abandoning ship.
