I've been reading the comments below, and I must say i think a few people are missing the point of this song. whether or not you like a person in this song, it was done for a very good cause. tho im not a fan of miley otherwise, i think she was put there to bring cancer awareness to the much younger generation that follows her. Everyone in this song did their part, if you can still sit there and compare, you've totally missed the point.
