I noticed how when you pic your character, their pic in the character select screen goes dark. Does that mean that there won't be fights like Ryu vs Ryu? That's like a tradition in fighting games.

The game isnt completed yet, about 50% complete(or so he says), so they havent done the alternate colors for the characters yet.

Wow this game looks awesome except im worried about that power up it would make it too easy to kill someone and as most ppl know noob friendly is what killed mw2 and could do the same with this game.Also at 2:52-3:08 I know so many ppl are gonna abuse that from deadpool and his gun shooting at 0:14-0:15 and thats what made mvc2 sucks was the spamming.

It should be gone from the game completely, comboes to enough and honestly a super basic combo with x-factor seems pretty capable to wipe a guy out completely. its fuckin idiotic that they have it.

@roarmonsterful I don't think it would be a problem if baroque uses a meter (like rapid cancel from bb- no power-ups or any shit like that, just straight up cancel from normals or specials). The problem with it in tvc was that it was basically "free" since it only uses red life. By using meter, it would restrict meter usage for other things.

Read up more on the X-Factor. It does come at a price: all your red (recoverable) health goes bye-bye, just like Baroque in TvC.

Question is...does it drain it for just the character in use...or for the whole team?

I don't have a problem with it, cause if someone uses it, unless you get caught in a combo, the other person can either bust out with their own X-Factor...or turtle like hell. Besides, you can cancel supers only once UPON activation. So it's limited compared to TVC

Not sure of the actual properties of X-factor in the game yet, which is all subject to change. You might get more advantage if you have only one character left when you use it. So this is all things to consider you might not get anything for doing X-factor other than cancelling when you do it with a full team.

@roarmonsterful yep hopefully they change it. capcom is trying to get "new" and "more" playersd into the game and make it where even the casual player can pick it up and win. that will neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeever happen no matter how much they add junk like this to help them out, but as you said of course the good players are gonna only make them regret putting that into the game as usual.
