Haha nice run! You do the same thing I do after 3rd! When I hit third I scoot down in the seat a little bit, I don't know why but it's just something I've always done! Is that a dog box transmission with straight cut gears?

@AdrenalineJunky17 Its funny cause I never knew I scooted down after 3rd til I recorded myself. The trans is a T5 built by Hanlon Motorsports. Its got all the bells and whistles but its not straight cut gears. Straight cut gears aren't allowed in NMRA factory Stock :(

@mxt2s Thats the million dollar question. If I showed you how many rear control arms I've tried and how many different ways we have distributed the weight, you wouldnt believe me. I soooo freakin hate radial tires. It has seriously taken us years to kinda figure them out. But they are moodier than women and every single track takes a different setup.

Haha So after watching this i tryed it the next time i went to the track and went 3 to almost 4 tenths of a second faster! power shifting makes a huge difference!

But I wasn't and they all have the magic 3rd gear detonation. Finally had Tony from astro build me the A5 t5. That fixed it : ). congrats Carlos. Been fallowing you in the race pages. Wow, i'm blown away by ur props. Thank you ! I know ur not gonna believe me but that cam was a stock ford hydraulic roller cam that came in the 5.0 liter mustangs from 1985 to 1993. I did upgrade the stock ford stamped steel 1.6 rocker arms to 1.7 roller rockers.

I use the G-Force synth tranny fluid (2 quarts).. The clutch and pp are from RPS and yes 26 spline. The shifter is MGW. Good luck with ur project and keep me posted.

Its a T5 case only. All the internals are from G-Force and assembled by Hanlon Motorsports. Its pro-shifted and much stronger than a stock T5, unfortunately not streetable. I run an RPS clutch/pp assembly. T5s cant take too much abuse. Powershifting them cuts its life span bigtime. An aftermarket shifter will help with not over extending the shift forks which is a major cause of T5 failures.
