Dio was the voice of all our metal if you even try to compair axel rose to his voice you must be doing every drug in the world. Haven't heard him much but I adore all guitarists and vocalists that play rock n roll so i bet he's great! You can say that Slash plays like Jimmy Page but you can also say that Rhoads plays like Ritchie Blackmore or Eddie Van Halen.
