@SpeedyTase There was a rumor for many years that Walt Disney hated this story because of the Disneyland connotation, but I read in The Moose that Roared that there was a wrap party the night The Bullwinkle Show completed voice-overs, and people were invited to sign their names in cement at the base of the Rocky and Bullwinkle statue on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood. Since the statue is still there, I was in the area and decided to check it out. Walt Disney's name and elbow prints are there!
The Prince is voiced by Daws Butler (the voice of Huckleberry Hound, Yogi Bear, Snagglepuss, etc.). The female voices are by series regular June Foray.

The Prince was drawn to look like Walt Disney, and "Beautyland" is a parody of Disneyland; meanwhile all the ways he tries to kill the wicked fairy are a parody of the rides at Disneyland.
